Gortalowry house provides, in a neutral venue, urgently needed community resources and services in an area of Cookstown which has suffered much social deprivation, unemployment and unrest.

Gortalowry house is an impressive building, completed in 2000, which currently accommodates many voluntary agencies. Its key purpose is to become a focus of reconciliation in a divided community.
